After a bad experience at another dental practice, I asked a friend for her dentist's name. From the first phone call to reception, the initial exam, a filling, and the unexpected need for an extraction, everything has been efficiently and beautifully handled by Dr Cheong and each of the professionals at the practice. Surbiton earns its patients' loyalty with every contact, and it shows.

I was extremely anxious about having a wisdom tooth extracted and Mike suggested the option of "conscious sedation" to help me through it. I was delighted with the result. The anaesthetist and surgeon were both kind and calm and explained everything to me at the beginning. I was completely unaware of the procedure at the time and have had no memory of it since. I was soon back at home where I had a good sleep for a few hours and then had no after effects whatsoever. I didn't even need to take a painkiller.

I have had dental work done both here and abroad. Every time I went in, it hurt. Then I met Dr. Cheong. He assured me that it wouldn't hurt, and, at first I was very nervous. But he was right! It was completely painless. I feel very grateful now, because I am not afraid to see the dentist anymore.

After avoiding a dentist for 10 years, through fear and bad experiences, I was recommended by a friend who had been treated with sedation at The Dental Connection. For anyone who can't face dental treatment, sedation was a fantastic option.

After living with an uncomfortable denture for several years, I had 6 Implants and new teeth placed in my upper jaw. Dr. Cheong and his team made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much!
